  1. PONG2K_3 is an update of the working demo of PONG 2000, a Holland Game
  2. Design for the Falcon030.  Written by the same people who brought you
  3. UFO_WAR, this game will run on any Atari Falcon030 with 4MB or more Ram
  4. with RGB monitors, TV or VGA (multi-sync) monitors.  This update fixes a
  5. problem with some VGA monitors.  Pong 2000 should now work on all VGA
  6. monitors with a less than 71 Hz scan rate (there are no other changes).
  7. This one or two player vastly improved PONG clone (improved in both
  8. graphics and sound) is controlled with joysticks or Atari joypads. The
  9. game runs either at 50 or 60 frames per second.  PONG 2000 will take you
  10. on a journey through time and show you Pong has been a basic element of
  11. exsistence from the distant past to the far future!  There is even a
  12. "Classic" pong game included (but that's disabled in this demo).  The
  13. docs and descriptions of this game sound so good it makes me wish I had
  14. a Falcon (but then again, almost anything I read or see about the Falcon
  15. makes me want to get one!).  Ordering information included.  The demo
  16. can run off of a Floppy drive, but the full version requires a Hard
  17. drive. The author (Joost van der Leij) sent it (on Nov. 17th, 1994) to
  18. Suzy B's Software and asked that it be distributed, so here it is!
  19. This file is 793K and is NOT in a self-extracting format.  Use LHA310
  20. or DCX22B (or DCX_22C) to uncompress.  This is over 720K which means
  21. that we will only put this one file on the disk.  That means that the
  22. disk only costs $4!  Now that's "a honey of a deal!"
